Riverfront Mini: José Faus and Beth Gulley
Dear Riverfront Friends,
Because so many readings have been closed by COVID19, Riverfront Readings Committee decided to open virtually with brief readings that offer a sample and a preview of writers’ work. Our first Riverfront “Mini” will feature Beth Gulley and José Faus, two Kansas City area writers, with very different styles.
Their videos will debut on YouTube on May 8. We will post links to the videos then.
This Riverfront Mini is a joint production of Riverfront Readings, The Writers Place, and the KCK South Branch Library.
Stay safe and stay in touch.
Beth Gulley teaches writing at Johnson County Community College. She recently published a chapbook, $!*# Hole Countries: A Find and Replace Meditation. She loves thrift store shopping, traveling, and drinking coffee.
José Faus is a native of Bogota, Colombia. His work appears in many journals. His chapbook This Town Like That was released by Spartan Press. His second book of poetry, The Life and Times of José Calderon, was published by West 39 Press.
